Returns & Exchange
According to Ukrainian legislation (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, dated March 19, 1994), certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
This includes products that have direct contact with the body, such as:
- underwear and intimate apparel
- panties, shorts, bikini bottoms
- bras, bralettes, swim tops
- swimsuits (both one-piece and two-piece)
- pajamas, nightwear, and loungewear
- robes, slips, and similar items
- thermal underwear and related products
These items are considered personal hygiene products and, under current regulations, are not eligible for return or exchange, even if they are in perfect condition.
