Delivery within Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are delivered via Nova Poshta.

Processing Time

During wartime, orders are dispatched within 4 business days after confirmation and payment.

We always aim to ship as quickly as possible, though delays may occasionally occur due to the security situation in different regions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

You can follow the delivery status via the Nova Poshta app or website.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Nova Poshta (excluding russia and belarus).

Estimated delivery time is 5–14 days from dispatch.

International orders are shipped after full prepayment.

Shipping cost is calculated individually based on delivery rates.

Please note that in some countries, orders may be subject to customs duties. All customs fees are paid by the customer according to local regulations.
